Loopstrat is an AI-powered lead response and automation platform for home service contractors. We are headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. References to "Loopstrat," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to the Loopstrat platform and its operators.

2. What information we collect
We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use the platform.
Information you provide:
- Account information — your name, business name, email address, phone number, and trade
- Lead data — customer names, phone numbers, and inquiry details that flow through the platform
- Business settings — your response preferences, service area, messaging templates, and integrations
- Payment information — processed securely through Stripe; we do not store card details
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data — which features you use, when you log in, and how you interact with the dashboard
- Device and browser information — browser type, operating system, and IP address
- SMS delivery data — message delivery status and response rates provided by Twilio
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate the Loopstrat platform and deliver the services you signed up for
- Send automated SMS messages on your behalf to your leads and customers
- Generate review requests and reactivation campaigns
- Provide your dashboard with lead feed, ROI data, and campaign reporting
- Send you product updates, billing notices, and support communications
- Improve the platform and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your data or your customers' data to train AI models for third parties. We do not sell your data. Ever.
4. How we share your information
We share data only with the third-party services required to operate Loopstrat:
- Twilio — sends SMS messages on your behalf to your leads and customers
- Airtable — stores your lead and customer data
- Stripe — processes payments securely
- Anthropic (Claude API) — generates personalized AI responses to leads
Each of these providers has their own privacy policy and security practices. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any other third parties.
5. Your customers' data
When Loopstrat sends messages to your leads and customers on your behalf, we act as a data processor — you remain the data controller. Your customers' names and phone numbers are used solely to deliver the automation services you have configured. We do not contact your customers for any purpose other than the messages you have authorized.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact your customers via SMS. This includes compliance with TCPA and other applicable regulations in your jurisdiction.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days in case you wish to reactivate, then delete it. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing benton@loopstrat.com.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure API authentication, and access controls. However, no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email benton@loopstrat.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies
Loopstrat uses minimal cookies — primarily to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics that track you across websites.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email if the changes are significant. Continued use of Loopstrat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
